Our partnerships with sister companies Gourmet Sausage and DFI Logistics help our team become a full-service company and elevate our creative force. Ontario-based food manufacturer Gourmet Sausage caters to various audiences, including small to medium-sized retail groceries, specialty butcher shops, chefs, and foodservice distributors. Our capabilities span customizing, private labelling, smoking, curing, and fully cooked meats. We excel in portion control, vacuum packaging, and offering diverse further processed options – all with the goal of making meal preparation and cooking all that much easier.
With Halal, SQF, and federal certifications, our reach extends across Canada and beyond. Gourmet Sausage is outrivaled in turkey, chicken, pork, and beef products, spotlighting Australian Wagyu Beef and has an extensive burger and sausage range.
With DFI Logistics, our team expands Dolan Foods capabilities to being a comprehensive meat destination for shipping, delivery, import and export. DFI has on-site inspection and reinspection capabilities and creates a seamless transition with transit and cold chain supply. This capability also lends itself to helping other food companies get their products to market.
Together these partnerships extend Dolan Foods options to surpass competitors and bring the greatest value to our customers.
